The Streetscape Revitalization Strategy arose out of Centretown Cornwall, a three-year revitalization project focused on four key areas: economic development, organizational development, marketing and promotions and beautifications.

Endorsed by Cornwall City Council in 2013, the Streetscape Strategy offers a roadmap to create vibrant streetscapes and key destinations that will attract residents and visitors to Cornwall's traditional commercial areas.

The extensive report was produced by EDA Collaborative Inc. with significant input from business owners, Heart of the City board members, City staff, landowners and other community partners and stakeholders.
