Welcome to the Heart of the City website. This is the site where Cornwall residents, business owners, students, developers, historians and visitors can learn about the vision and plans for the revitalization of Cornwall's urban core. Use the navigation bar above to learn more about this grass roots organization which grew from a groundswell of support on the part of Cornwall residents and business partners. Their united goal is to develop a plan that can carry us ten or more years into the future - a plan that will reflect our pride in our community and at the same time be reminiscent of our unique heritage. Learn about the process to gain the vital funding that will support our community in achieving these goals and the actions teams, whose committee members are volunteering their time to move us toward the successes that have already begun to happen.
